Under The Skin
A new film by Bert Ehgartner
I first met Bert Ehgartner many years ago when he was working on his film The Age of Aluminium. He will tell you that I was somewhat uncooperative at first. It is true. I had been burnt several times by journalists and documentary film makers and I was wary of yet another. However, Bert was different and I learned to trust him and his team. We became friends. The Age of Aluminium is a first class documentary film and I very much recommend that you find time to watch it in full. Recently, Bert has finished his second film on aluminium, Under The Skin, and I was privileged to receive an early DVD of the film. The focus of the film is the HPV vaccine Gardasil. Bert Ehgartner is an accomplished film maker and he has a signature style. He presents evidence in a straightforward and no holds barred way. He lets you form the important questions in your mind by taking you to the very heart of a subject. In this case, the personal experiences of those affected by the Gardasil vaccine. In Under The Skin you are left in no doubt as to how the vaccine has ruined lives. In this film, the lives of young girls and their families. It can be a harrowing watch. He also documents the difficulties encountered by the doctors and scientists that are trying to address the health issues. Science is presented simply and factually with reference to peer-reviewed literature and the personal experiences and opinions of those involved. Bert offers up a level playing field giving opportunities to the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory agencies to have their say. The viewer is left to decide on which side of the discussion integrity lies.
I have my own opinions on this subject and I have made them quite clear, for example in a recent interview with Christina England and at a meeting in the Isle of Man. I consider Gardasil (and previously Cervarix) to be a dangerous vaccine. A vaccine with no clear benefit and a long list of severe and debilitating adverse events. I hope you will get a chance to watch Bert’s new film. You may then form your own opinions on whether this vaccine is necessary and whether its clear and obvious dangers are acceptable collateral damage. I am in no doubt that its use should be terminated now.
