Aluminum Causes Alzheimer’s

And what We Can DO About This Causal Link

Alzheimer’s is a disease that was unknown until the early 1900s, when a German Physician, Doctor Alzheimer, dissected the brain of a patient that had died of dementia. In the brain, he found the plaques and tangles that are now the universally accepted post-mortem “signature “ of the disease that bears his name.

PhD CHRISTOPHER EXLEY, aka “Mr. Aluminum” has written a somewhat whimsically titled book… “IMAGINE YOU ARE AN ALUMINUM ATOM.” In this book, he discusses various aspects of his scientific studies.

One extraordinarily important aspect of Dr. Exley’s conclusions… after years of study… is that Aluminum is ALWAYS found in the Alzheimer’s brain’s “Plaques” and “Tangles.”

He has come to the conclusion that Aluminum is TOXIC to humans and that it *causes* Alzheimer’s!

Since we now know what causes Alzheimer’s, it *should* be straightforward to find a treatment… right?

Well… maybe not! First off, only a few MDs are “on board” with these findings. Mostly… it can be reasoned… because this is not what they learned in Medical School!

The process of removing unwanted metals from the body is called Chelation. In this process, supervised by an MD, a variety of chemicals is inserted into a vein. The chemicals’ function is to remove unwanted metals, like lead, arsenic, aluminum and others, from the body.

Only in major metropolitan areas do we find chelation laboratories. They are expensive… several hundred dollars per session, and each session takes several hours. Results are slow. And, because chelation is non-selective, the removal of Aluminum is S L O W!

But… what if there was a SIMPLE, SAFE and INEXPENSIVE method to orally chelate ONLY ALUMINUM from the body?

THERE IS !

OSA is a safe chemical compound, taken by mouth, that has the almost-unique ability of *dissolving* bodily Aluminum. Once it is dissolved, the body’s natural processes take over. The now-dissolved aluminum is *ejected* from the body as perspiration (sweat) and in urine (pee-pee).

Best of all, there are many *commercially-available* bottled waters that contain enough OSA to *safely* dissolve bodily aluminum so it can be *naturally eliminated*.

Stateside, the best *available* (and second-best… worldwide) is FIJI water. Many retail stores stock it. It is also available online via AMAZON.

HOW DO WE KNOW IT WORKS? The medical community has developed a highly accurate Alzheimer’s screening test called the MMSE. This is is a verbally administered 30 question test.

According to Wikipedia, “Any score of 24 or more (out of 30) indicates a normal cognition. Below this, scores can indicate severe (≤9 points), moderate (10–18 points) or mild (19–23 points) cognitive impairment.”

A couple of years ago, as part of my annual physical examination, I took the test and “flunked” it, with a score in the low 20s! I was referred to an Alzheimer’s Specialist. He repeated the test and confirmed it.

I HAD BEGINNING STAGE ALZHEIMER’S!

I began reading about this disease, and learned the information that I presented at the beginning of this note.

1. Aluminum *causes* Alzheimer’s.

2. Drinking OSA water dissolves Aluminum so the body can eliminate it.

I immediately took two actions:

1. I *discarded* ALL the Aluminum cooking utensils in the household and *tossed* ALL our Aluminum foil.

2. I began drinking at least a liter/quart of Fiji water daily.

The result? At my last *two* annual visits to see my Alzheimer’s MDs, I scored 28 and 29 out of 30… HIGH NORMAL!

AMI I “CURED” OF ALZHEIMER’S?

I don’t know. But at age 82, I and my bride of 30 years just returned from a vacation trip… circumnavigating the world. (And I knew where I was while traveling, and remember where we went… including riding on an Elephant!)

Will this approach “work” for everyone? Again, I don’t know. But my Alzheimer’s MD’s are baffled.

That’s OK. *I* am NOT BAFFLED!

Not a fantastic post.

Just a correct one!

I met a Mason years ago and he said they were told not to cook or store food in aluminum. I got rid of my pots and went to total stainless steel. No brain issues in my family because they all used stainless too. Mushrooms daily is a good idea too.

On Dr Rhonda Patrick's youtube channel "Found my Fitness" there was a guest, forgot name, who she talked with about dementia and the impact of metals, aluminium was among them, they also mentioned excess copper, or even iron, I believe. People are perhaps getting a lot of copper where the water pipes are made of them, and here in Germany, my slightly leaky faucet (something leaks down the sides only when it's turned open), I let it "calcify" on purpose for over 2 years - and guess what, a lot of the visible residue looks like copper oxide. The pH of the water is about neutral.

I would like your thoughts on covid, virology as a fraud, the insane actions of the governments of the western world during this entire episode. I know about your aluminum research, and I know it is a neurological poison as is mercury, and I know both are in some vaccines. The basic problem is the fraud involving the government, big pharma, the DOD, and every agency of the government, the medical cartel. The entire superstructure of virology is a multi-trillion-dollar scam that is being protected by the supposed health freedom fighters that are just a front for the virus is real lie. The HIV=AIDS lie is another one that is now forty years old, and it is a fraud as well. So which side are you on?

My reputation as a scientist and personal integrity are founded upon the ground on which I stand, the ground I fully defend. My opinions are likely more diverse and less well founded. My opinion on 'covid' is that it is a scam.

Thank you! Have you seen the two videos by the Baileys proving that virology is a fraud? If not you should, Jack.

Hello Dr - in your book you mention drinking 1.5 L a day of silica water could improve Alzheimer's and other conditions. My question is what happens if it's 1.5 L over 2 days - is it cumulative ? If you drink let's say 1 L a day - does that mean there is no effect or it will just happen at a slower pace? Appreciate your insight on this.

Please read my substacks on this subject. Silicon-rich mineral waters are a philosophy, not a detox, drink one each and every day for the rest of your life to protect yourself and your brain from the ravages of aluminium. I try to drink about a litre each day.

Dr. Exley,

I wonder if Jon Rappoport would do an investigation and articles on your situation with Keele? Maybe he already has at some point and I missed it. He's quite thorough and bows to no one.

Thank You. I would encourage you to do some research (in your copius spare time/s) about the effects of microwaves on cells and biology. Especially the effects of consuming foods or liquids that have been microwaved. I know this research is hard to find, but well worth it.

Can you show it differ from other heating? I've seen the videos of plants watered with microwaved water dying. I suspect you'd get the same results with water boiled by any means (and of course, cooled before use to water plants, but not shaken nor vigorously stirred, Mrs. Bond). They drowned!

Dr Exley. I have family in Austria.

There are 4 siblings in the older generation (aged 80+). Three of the siblings live on a mountain side farm, in what looks like a healthy, traditional lifestyle. These 3 farm dwelling siblings have all got “dementia”.

A 4th sibling has lived in the city her whole life, and is doing just fine in old age, no signs of the ‘family condition’.

As far as we know, no prior generations suffered this affliction.

I hope to become brave enough to ask them to check out your work. There’s a language barrier, so it’s a little more tricky.

Very interesting though not always straightforward to understand the circumstances in which humans are exposed to aluminium.

Though fairly well documented, the aluminium industry's tyranny puzzles me. As you point out, aluminium is ubiquitous. It has surrounded us, and all life, since life arose. Is keeping refined aluminium and its compounds such as alum out of food and drink that difficult? Does cooking in heavily anodised (to skip over possible hazards of Teflon coating) aluminium cookware still leach significant amounts of aluminium into food?

People are concerned about aluminium cans. What are the insides coated with? I hope not BPA- or analogue-based polymers. Nevertheless, though I've checked, I've seen no visible corrosion on their insides. (Outside, yes, esp. when exposed to alkaline soil.) Aluminium foil also seems subject to corrosion, sometimes even during use if on acidic food.

If corrosion into food and drink can readily be avoided, why don't they just provide general guidelines about safe usage, and otherwise back off?
