Five years ago in March 2018 the Journal of Trace Elements in Medicine and Biology (JTEMB) published our seminal research demonstrating aluminium in brain tissue in individuals who died with a diagnosis of autism. The research identified shockingly high concentrations of aluminium. Perhaps of equal importance, the research used fluorescence microscopy to show where aluminium was located and how it gained entry into brain tissue. Five years on and this research remains unequivocal in its findings and interpretation. It has neither been refuted nor, frustratingly, confirmed. Regarding the latter, we were at least able to confirm that the aluminium content of autism brain tissue is shockingly high.
I have written previously about censorship of our autism research.
Now, in line with the five year anniversary, I thought it pertinent to bring you up to date with the social impact of this paper. Since, being retired, I no longer have access to a number of academic tools in relation to publications, I asked the editor of JTEMB if he could provide me with the up to date data on the impact of the paper. He graciously complied and I can now report that the ‘official’ data has identified 783,940 downloads of the paper. This is an incredible number and if nothing else it shows that censorship does not prevent the truth from being read by those who are interested. The publishers include the caveat that this number is conservative and that the true number of downloads is probably double the official data. So, we can estimate that 1.5 million people have downloaded this paper.
Thank you. This goes some way towards negating the mainstream press blackout that followed the publication of this paper and that continues today. At this moment in science, aluminium toxicity has to be considered as integral to autism. Please do not let this message die, well at least until future well-founded science proves it to be incorrect. Please continue to spread this message using any form of social media that is open to you. Just perhaps we will achieve the type of momentum needed that will force the establishment to address the role of aluminium in autism and aluminium adjuvants in vaccines in autism. Ten million downloads in 2028?
After I became aware of your research, my husband and I immediately started to give our (autistic) son 1L of Fiji water per day. It has been several years and his academic ability and his overall cognition has improved immensely. He went from needing an aide to help with academics at school to earning almost all As independently. I am forever grateful for your work.
This is an incredible testimony to the impact of your research Chris!
