This is not surprising! Aluminum destroys your mitochondria respiration. MAOA in autism/ bipolar and MAOB in Parkinson’s. If only our military/ government were transparent about the amount of aluminum & how it accumulates in the body & brain found in our food, all prescription medications and vax-ines - my military son would not have
Suffered a stroke, brain encephalitis & brain stem herniation. Forensic Tests showed his body burden of aluminum was off the charts. And after drinking the silicon rich water ( 8 months later) his aluminum levels came down less than half. And the fact that he woke up was very eye opening.
Professor Exley’s work is stellar and no doubt will go down in history.
He is my hero!
Professor Exley taught me how to remove the aluminum from the body and ultimately saved my sons life.
I currently work as a Healthcoach sharing my sons story to educate customers on aluminum and where it is found, under hidden names and in almost everything you eat. Many customers give testimonials after drinking the silicon rich water & report that their autistic son stopped banging their heads & speech improves. As well as testimonials regarding brain fog, focus and sleep patterns return to “normal” after drinking silicon rich water.
This is unbelievable that we still drink the koolaid and allow an aluminum containing vax cine to be injected in our newborn babies. 😩 which does accumulate. It is absurd to think otherwise
And furthermore there is a distinct blood pattern that shows polycythemia Vera after every aluminum loaded vax that my son ever took from birth till the last at 22 yrs of age.
Spread the word and donate to this brilliant work!

Thank you Dr. Exley for turning us on to an antidote for the ubiquitous posion that contaminates our world.Becaue of you I religiously drink my dose of Silicic acid every day.
Unfortunately, I don't know how we could get enough Silicic acid into the oceans, and water sources that make up the vast majority of our planet; not to mention the contamination of its entire land mass where our crops are grown. And certainly not enough people believe in the massive contamination caused by geoengineering, as well as other anthropogenic assaults to do much about this. And it's not just aluminum but also other metals, plastics and numerous poisons that are synergistically working to destroy our environment.
You and your readers may be interested in an audio of a top scientist who unfortunately chooses to remain anonymous due to the risks associated with with coupling morality and truth with scientific expression. You, Dr. Exley, are certainly aware of the practical problems of maintaining scientific integrity.
Anyway, the report I speak of is, Nanopartical Contamination - Answers from a Scientist. Again, this report is from a top scientist and addresses the climate engineering nanopartical pollution of our air, water, soils and food supply. If you are interested you may find this discussion at geoengineeringwatch.org, top right of the homepage under Select Month and Recent. It's the second posting from the top.
Again, Thank you Dr. Exley for sharing such useful information as you do and for working so hard to keep the truth in science.
Thanks for yet another important study Chris! Do you have any explanation for the longer survival for the DI followed by Fiji water group? How might that be relevant for humans in terms of a practice of drinking water, such as consuming one bottle of DI followed by one bottle of Fiji?
Thanks Claire, in short no. I found the experimental design thorough but complicated and this did produce more than one anomalous result. Without reviewing the paper with input from the authors (note that you met one of the authors in Mexico in 2019) I am taking the general positive influence of Fiji Water as the main take home message.
Hello Claire, would you expand on “longer survival” of what ?, “for DI followed by Fiji water group”. I have looked for the study, and more info but ….. ?
I was asking the study author about the group that drank deionized water followed by Fiji water because they appeared to have linger survival. It is in the data tables in the study linked in his article
After hearing more about contrails and chemtrails, I have no doubt that the entire planet is being systematically poisoned with many toxic substances. Many of them such as aluminum are being used to alter the weather. Many of these substances are in the form of nano-particles and impossible to filter out of the air without specialized equipment. Aluminum is any form is not natural to the body and therefore has no use.
I was finally able to buy a copy of your book and found it riveting. Only after reading it did I begin to realise just how pervasively aluminum is used. It's hard, if not impossible, to avoid it.
I checked the label of the mineral water I drink and, unless I am mistaken, it seems to be quite high in silicic acid (written on the label as SiO2) at 89 mg/L. It is a Catalan brand called 'Salenys'.
I'm trying to spread the word and have been encouraging people to buy/read your book. Is there a possibility it could be printed in other languages besides English?
Many thanks for sharing your expertise in a way us non-chemists can understand and benefit from.
Thank you, enjoy the book. It is very important to me. Regarding other languages, you could suggest such to the publisher, his email is tlyons4808@icloud.com
Chris, I have long followed your elegant science with great interest. For some time I took the daily prescription of high silica mineral water. I am, however, conflicted because almost all of these sources come in plastic bottles. With inevitable microplastics and probably/possibly BPAs (or their equally harmful substitutes), PFAS and other endocrine disrupters. Is there a possibility of being able to find another source of silicilic acid? Or even create such water by some process? Transporting water half way around the world is inevitably expensive and uses a lot of energy. Many seem to take other silica supplements, despite your experiments showing the lack of benefit of these sources.
I drink a silicon-rich mineral water from a plastic bottle every day. I do not worry about the issues you suggest. If there was an alternative source of silicic acid then I would surely take advantage of it.
thanks for your reply. You need to balance the harms and benefits of any option. On balance, I am sure that the removal of aluminium is more important than the introduction of toxins associated with plastic. But I always seek an optimum solution (no pun intended). Other steps can remove plastic poisons which are pretty pervasive anyway (e.g. sweating)
I'm with David Nockels on the use of plastic bottles for Fiji water. I drank this brand water for a few months and enjoyed it, except for the perceptible taste of plastic. Eventually, I just couldn't keep drinking it. I'd like to find another source. I note that SraSally (in this thread, above) points to Aigua de Salenys, which comes in glass bottles. Unfortunately, I haven't found it in area stores. Is there no other way to ingest silicon/silicic acid? I found only one other solution (another brand of silicon-rich water, also locally unavailable) in Dr. Exley's most valuable book.
I’ve been swirling my Fuji water in this contraption. Maya water device. It not only oxygenates but “ structures” the water for better absorption. Research structured or easy water. Look up Pollick and Veda Austin. Fascinating stuff.
Veda is an artist not a physicist. I am open minded and have reversed myself on many issues especially on realising there are no pathogenic viruses. (hard in this family with 7 doctors). I looked into her work. Her experiments would have to be conducted in other languages besides English, they should be repeatable (by her) and reproducible (by other researchers) and she should have to run suitable controls in order to have any validity. There should be an attempt to falsify or verify an hypothesis with a clear dependent variable (shapes in the ice) and independent variable (message). And how about blinded & randomised experimentation? I want to see the physical measurements from Pollak that show a change in his water like thermal and electrical conductivity, viscosity, surface tension, pH, boiling and freezing points. etc etc. If it's structure then how about X-ray crystallography (I know water has flickering structures but I am not up to date). I am sure PhD analytical chemists could come up with other structure-related detection methods. Water certainly has "structure" and there is a lot we don't know but, overall, this looks like a distraction. If I'm wrong I'll publicly apologise. But drink the silicon!
Veda is not specifically showing that water is structured as Dr Pollack does, among his many other findings. He is one that never makes claims without extensive proofs within his lab. I'm amazed at his age how he still is sharp and curious and so scientifically minded and precise in all of his experiments and studies. His work is definitely not a distraction and I don't think the commenter intended it to be but rather just expanding on the importance of good water. I, myself, will be using my Annalemma wand in the Fiji water before drinking. Sure can't hurt.
One of Chris exley’s studies on fish (I believe) showed promising results with DI water ( see ClairD’s comment)
DI water is almost identical to distilled water.
I drink 1 liter of Fiji water a day which is 90 units of silicate ….
Mixed 50/50 with distilled water, so….. I drink 2 liters, of water with silicate of 45. 45 is above dr Chris exley’s threshold of 30.
But I don’t want to drink ANY water with fluoride in it. And Fiji water is too expensive to use it to make coffee (1 gallon per day) or to rinse after brushing my teeth. Or to drink during the day.
So I purchased an electric distiller to make distilled water.
The distiller I purchased makes a gallon in 4 hours….
The interesting part about DI water ( same as distilled) is that it might have similar benefits as Fiji water !!!
And costs , maybe 30 cents a gallon, at 9 cents per kw hour in electricity .
I don’t know, ,,,.. so I cover my bases…
1 liter of Fiji water, then only distilled water for all other uses, …. And I eliminate all aluminum products, like my wife’s Norwex sponge for doing dishes, a sponge impregnated with aluminum
New here; so Forgive me if I missed it...Organic gardener looking for Soil remediation: Silica or something else? Would herbs high in Silica (i.e., Horsetail) or others help? Has anyone seen research or can point me to studies/science/sources?
OK, I just read the Horsetail article and some others; Silicic acid to remediate for humans-my Q was more toward the horsetail taking up the Aluminum in the soil so the other plants had less available...perhaps that is not logical thinking though.
Dr Chris Exley says no. You can not create your own “Fiji water” equivalent.
What I do is drink 1 liter Fiji water, and the rest of my water for the day, brushing teeth, etc is distilled water. I do not want to consume fluoride, so I purchased an electric home distiller.
I believe that distilled water, or Reverse Osmosis water, or Deionized water might also remove aluminum from your body.
A fish study done by dr exley with DI water showed promising results of keeping the fish alive just like silica water did
and
elsewhere I read “—=>> The reverse osmosis filtration process effectively removes contaminants. However, because this filtration process is so thorough, it also removes all the essential minerals from the water.
Put simply, drinking reverse osmosis water can leach minerals from the body when consumed.“
<<==. So perhaps it also “leaches aluminum” from your body and brain…..
Who knows?
I am unable to read the fish study, it is behind paywall, and I don’t know if RO water “leaches minerals”…..
Again , I drink distilled water to avoid fluoride…
I went shopping for mineral water with silicic acid but could not find any. Ingredients listed are Ca, Mg, Na, Cl, K, and Sulphate. This was Gerolsteiner, carbonated natural mineral water.
Over here in eastern Germany we can find Bad Brambacher which contains 35 mg/L of Kieselsäure (usually translates to silicic acid but could also mean silica - but that would be cloudy I think). It's listed on the label below the cations and anions. There are other brands with high silicon listed but this one has the lowest fluoride at 0.21 mg/L. I asked the company for the arsenic assay and they said "non-detectable". The 1L container is PET and I don't detect a plastic taste. I would prefer to be able to just mix up a batch of silicic acid myself but Dr Exley has not found a way to do this, so I doubt I could. It's interesting that so many people are worried about contamination from a plastic bottle when their meat and cheese comes wrapped in plastic for example. Fatty materials are more likely to dissolve organics than water! Furthermore tap water has to come through miles of pipes made of what? Certainly not glass. Tap water whether in the UK or USA has a horrendous taste. There is a huge variability in American tap water depending on whether from a well or city or how much toxic fluoride and chlorine are added etc (or how close you are to vinyl chloride spills). Other issues esp. with well water can be with iron and manganese (stains), salt (corrosion) and hard minerals (build up). Tap water is better in Germany according to my taste buds. Last time I was in UK I could not drink the water so I made coffee or tea out of it - or just opened a bottle of beer. Isn't beer silicon rich? Happy guzzling.

Which chelating agent did you employ ?

it is excreted.
