If I was a parent now with babies or young children, I could never forgive myself if I didn't try and keep them vaccine free from the day of birth onward.

Just one more reason to stay away from vaccines, etc, as we laypeople haven’t a clue what’s in them! When I get a medication filled, I always look at the accompanying insert to read, at the very least, the adverse effects. When was the last time any such information was provided for a vaccine? Never! We just trust our healthcare professionals to do that for us. If they lied about “safe and effective”, what else have they lied about??? Thank you, Dr. Exley, for exposing the truth!

One of the first things that hit you when investigating medicine is almost NO ONE cares about disease MECHANISMS. A few times when doctors cared about mechanisms, it turns out they were engineers who went into medicine!

Asking questions is akin to questioning one's leader and allegiance to a gang.

I've always thought, that if I am wondering about something, I should ask a question. I did the asking because I figured that if I had that question, I bet that somebody else had the question too. So then, I asked, because others may have been more afraid to ask for fear or embarrassment of setting themself up to be ridiculed/bullied by others.

What a selfless, positive spin - much appreciated Jeannette. Now I'll ask you a question (: are you aware of the dangers of dirty electricity (kHz frequencies)?

Thanks Roman.

Is that like sleeping in a room with blue light emitted from a clock or clock/radio or a computer sitting in the room or a phone too close to the bed or something like that or wearing your watch on your wrist especially while you sleep, etc.? So, if that's what you mean, I guess I'm sorta aware of it.

It was the Civil engineers who also "solved" much of the infant mortality in early 1900's through sanitation projects and roads which enabled distribution of fresh food.

Yep, that's why they focus on symptoms and think that's the cause to treat.

Examples:

Alzheimer's with beta amyloid, really caused by aluminum and other toxins causing damage.

Cjd with prions aka misfolded proteins, caused by toxins and circulation issues.

The "flu" blamed on a virus, caused by detox mechanisms.

Paralysis blamed on polio, caused by toxic pesticides such as DDT at the time.

Upside down bizarro science!

In my opinion, Western medicine (350 to maybe 500 years old) is not nearly as old as Traditional Chinese Medicine or Ayurveda or the Shamanic/Curandero/Curandero healing medicines (3000 to 5000 years old). I much prefer to combine them. So if I need a diagnosis for my "ailment" I may go to a doctor to describe my "symptoms" and get his/her diagnosis but then I use the TCM/Ayurvedic/Shamanic medicine for treatment.

I feel pretty confident that I am an organic organism and therefore I should follow that suit in a treatment protocol. Licit prescriptive drugs are, I believe, completely synthetic. Putting in synthetic/fake/manufactured stuff into the organic human being is, in my estimation, counterproductive. So my choice is to treat the root of the problem, not the symptom. Western medicine treats the symptom. TCM, Ayurvedic/etc. goes to the root or what created the "problem"..

You do you...I do me. Whichever works for you is okay with me.

MSG contributes to symptom-group called Alzheimer's in an aged brain; symptom-group called Autism in a new brain. MSG fries dendrites, the tips of neurotransmitters in the brain interrupting electrical connection/transmission of information/energy.

Thanks for the tip Dr Exley. You and Dr Guillemette Crepeaux should consider doing a monthly "The Alu Corner" podcast, where you discuss your research fields. Maybe also take questions from the comment section here? Just an idea.

Thanks for that link. Will watch and share immediately. SO MANY people have a child with autism now that it is common and no one ever asks me anymore "what is autism?" like they did 30 years ago when my son was diagnosed.

"I am told that there are no experiments to show that aluminium adjuvants are toxic in humans, where are the clinical studies they ask"

Actually, it's not an experiment it is real life results. The US has the highest first day death rate of newborns

in the world by 50%. We are also the only developed nation to vaccinate at 12 hours old. 13% of newborns that die on the first day of life were healthy to received a vaccination at 12 hours old are dead before 24hours old.

Where are the autopsy results of these brain tissues? These deaths are listed as "unknown" cause.

I'm delighted to have come across your thinking after listening to your chat with Ahmad Malik & I've ordered your book as a result.

You've persuaded me of your case but I now have an entire family to try get thinking. They're mostly jabbed & boosted with god knows what, so I'm not holding my breath.

I'm reluctant to spend what little disposable income I've got on silicon rich mineral water because it's expensive & I struggle with the idea of shipping water around by post. Are silica tablets worth looking at? A lot cheaper & readily available - here's an example: https://lindens.co.uk/collections/minerals/products/silica-for-hair-nails-250mg-capsules

I fear the answer will be no, but being neither a chemist nor a biologist I can't work it out for myself.

Following the advice in your book and having good effects on my adult son who has severe autism. Giving him Fiji water. (can't find Spritzer where I live). He has progressed from struggling to verbalize any words to now repeating phrases, and even uses some spontaneously. Affects mood too. I am sure that once we are able to get him to drink more of it consistentaly the changes will increase along with it. I assume that effects are "dose dependent". Will get back to you once we have the 1.5 litres of fifji water per day happening for 12 weeks. One question: Does aluminium settle in areas affecting executive function? Being able to initiate speech now that he has some words is a struggle.

That is wonderful news. Set a target of 1L/day and he can drink this over the full day. You too!

For sure I will. My family growing up ate food cooked in aluminium pots, and often those meals were tomato based. I remember noticing how "clean and bright" the pots would be after such meals. Thinking now, all that oxidized aluminium was in our meals!! I noted too that a few siblings in my family have mental health problems and ones that involve rage. a few have started on the Fiji water. Spreading the good news.

You can not point to a culprit, if you do not know it is there or at least in theory. That is how you get safe and effective. We honesty (not really) know it is toxic to the human body. It is also about honesty and integrity.

I don't know, is aluminum considered a heavy metal? If not, why not?

I feel real damn confident that I had mercury poisoning because for the past 8+ years I have been doing a lot of work to clear it from my body. And I have gladly suffered to do this work in the most natural way possible. Hence, that is why this journey has taken so long. In the beginning couple of years it was an immensely painful and maddening task to get through. But it was well worth it. I am hopeful that in that process I was also ridding my body systems of aluminum and any other incredibly body ruining substance.

What I now hope, is that this continuing process is still working to daily offload the constant barrage of toxicants that we are all subjected to because we live on this planet. And I don't have a desire to live in a bubble. My hope is that my systems have a strength now that they will be able to excrete those negatively invasive substances so long as I don't continue to unknowingly put my bodily systems at risk. But this an almost constant systemic attack.

When super knowledgeable humans like Christopher Exley, PhD. grace us with his dedicated realities, I prefer to be on the leading edge to utilize his knowledges in order to give my lifespan that upper edge as well! And it is for THAT, I am very thankful that Dr. Exley is here on this planet NOW, so that I am able to use his knowledge to make me a better and healthier human being.

Discretion of the upmost importance perhaps when guiding people towards a beneficial supplement. Shouting it from the rooftops might be instinctive but will likely result in extinction of said(or unsaid) supplement. I wouldn't even tell my doctor, claim ignorance or better yet God for the miraculous intervention or perhaps the white haired guy with the ponytail on the bike.😊
