Thank you Dr Exley! Weston Price Foundation has wonderful recipes to make your own when you can’t breast feed. https://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/childrens-health/formula-homemade-baby-formula/

and Polly at CHD has a wonderful video about it as well!

Thank you so much !

Of course, everything should be done to help mothers breastfeed. This should be the first public health measure taken everywhere, if only the health of the populations was the goal...

We lost our ancestral knowledge of the art of breastfeeding, and it is really a daily struggle for us, mothers, especially if you want to breastfeed for a long time (and work at the same time).

But it is also the greatest joy, and I'm not even talking about the pounds you lose without even realizing it!

English subtitles are now available for my video L'Alu Total : the Dangers of Aluminium Adjuvants (thanks to Guillemette!)

QQ Dr. Exley, reading through you publication titled " Prescription Infant Formulas Are Contaminated with Aluminium", seems like formulas are a health risk that any new parent needs to be aware of and manage. Would using silica water to mix the formula powder reduce the chances of aluminum available for uptake in the baby's gut?

In short yes, I would recommend doing this if at all possible.

What about the goat's milk? There's info out there this milk can replace mother's milk and that it's silicone rich, any truth to these claims?

Not sure but remember, silicon not silicone.

My apologies, English is not my mother's tongue but I will remember this distinction, thank you.
