Interesting post. You may like to know that the NHS are apparently not testing anyone’s blood levels of aluminium unless you are a dialysis patient I was informed recently. I last was tested in 2013 after they took out my spinal rods & screws but now it cannot be re-tested.

Hello. I just came across your stuff this morning, and I wondered if you had a view, professional or otherwise, on the consumption of Diatomaceous Earth?

Yes, it is biological silica and hence cannot help to remove aluminium from the body via the kidney. It may have other benefits. See my substack called Horsetail (and others) for some background.

Oh OK. Apologies, I'm not much of a chemist but I was under the impression that amorphous silica turned into ortho-silicic or silicic acid when mixed with water. I know they use DE in the beer making process, whether that has led to current claims that beer is rich in silicic acid, I wouldn't know. Will definitely read your Horsetail substack and thanks for the response. HAGD.

How can I find a mineral water that contains silicic acid (above 30 ppm)? I can't find any. Any other oral means to to get silicic acid into your body? For example a supplement.
