Brilliant work. Loved your interview with Doc Malik, one of the best I have heard. Nice to hear something true for a change. Huge thanks. The truth is becoming an endangered species...

I watch Doc Malik shows but haven't seen this one. Could you tell me which episode that was? I have only just become a subscriber. Thanks, in advance.

A question for Dr. Aluminum: I thought I was doing well at reducing my aluminum intake until someone pointed out that certain forms of salt–forms one would purchase and ingest–have been found to contain aluminum. Supposedly they were tested at an “EPA lab.” One producer of a brand found to have a lot of aluminum, 229 PPM, said the aluminum was in the form of “aluminosilicate.” The question is, if one consumes aluminum as aluminosilicate can it be converted into reactive aluminum say, by stomach acid or some other means? Can salt with aluminosilicate be safely eaten? I hope this makes sense and I hope I don’t have to throw away a bunch of salt.

If you are asking me if I would eat it. No. I would need to see experiments to show that the particular aluminosilicate in your salt would not break down in the human gut to release aluminium.

Why would you want to add to the aluminum you are breathing from chemtrails?

Not forgetting Barium.

I did read the article, thank you.

God help those of us using distilled water and sea salts in our neti pots, thinking we are doing the best for our health...nothing like aluminum and other heavy metals that close to the brain! So flipping frustrating!

Distilled water is fine, you don't have to add anything to it. You get micronutrients from food. I've been using distilled water for many, many years, and my most recent bloodwork (also vegan), was very good. I use it for drinking, cooking, coffee, everything really. The trick with those counter top distillers is to get a timer that shuts it off before the overheat mechanism kicks in. It will last forever. That auto off mechanism is the first thing to fail, so bypass it with a plug timer. My current one has been running daily, 2 or 3 cycles a day sometimes for 2 years, no issues. it's always on.

I was talking about adding salt to make the neti pot contents better for cleaning the sinuses. But yes, I do add a pinch of sea salt in distilled water for taste. I use a counter top distiller, too. I use a timer to remind myself to shut it off before it overheats, so yes, quite right! Thank you for your post, nice to know your experience with the distiller.

Yeah. I’m sticking with Diamond Crystal Kosher salt until I can sort all this out.

I have not heard this...which brand of salt are you referring to? I use celtic sea salt.

Specifically, that was Redmond salt.

You can use it for cleaning.

Good idea.

I use baking soda for laundry... maybe that salt would work.

It's fascinating to see an insoluble toxic material become both non-toxic and soluble and excretable at the same time and by using a non-toxic agent! Almost unheard of! Nicely explained.

Could that reaction be reversed to yield silicic acid from either of the hydroxy aluminium silicates? (perhaps with a strong acid but yielding an aluminium salt rather than the hydroxide).

HASA yes, HASB more problematic.

Thanks for a really clear explanation which clarifies a lot for me.

Is it true that enamel cookware contains aluminium? Also I'm giving my autistic son himalayan salt with his volvic water...1.5 litres daily. Do I need to be careful re brands of salt ?

I think it is unlikely that aluminium would be released from enamel cookware. Salt with Volvic, doesn't this put him off drinking the water? It would me though I do gargle with Dead Sea salt.

Took your advice on "silicic acid" on faith but nice to have it explained 😉. I think homemade Kombucha's reputation for removing heavy metals from the body is also valid but made with silicic acid rich mineral water is a much better solution. So I'm conducting some experiments on injected friends, only time will tell. 😉

I bloody well hope so! ^_^

What do think about this guy who makes silicic rich water cheaply Chris?

Please would you take a look at his website with a YouTube video showing him make it and let me know what you think? He's obviously seen your research!

'Preparation of Silicade

Silicade as a Synthetic OSA Rich Silica Water Supplement

Making silicon rich water weekly at home is easy and much less expensive and more sustainable than purchasing water bottled in Fiji or Malaysia. I call this water “Silicade”.

The written recipe is below in this video.'

And while I'm here, thankyou so very much for all you hard work over the years. But more so for putting your head well and truly above the parapet, effectively ending you career, to help suffers of neurodegenerative diseases which included my late mother. Men and women of great integrity in academia are becoming a little thin on the ground. They've lost one in you!

God bless you Chris.

Warmest regards,

Dave.

I've just read the below comment and your reply Chris. I have only come across this guy this afternoon and am now quite sceptical about him because, chasing around his online presence, I find no reference or credit to your work from him!

Also, I have made a number of comments referring to yourself, Chris, on his YouTube video and then looked at the video again in private mode and they have all been shadow banned!

Dave, there is a world of difference between the scientist who discovered the science described in my latest post and others selling their wares on the internet. I am glad that you found this out for yourself.

I have followed your work for many years now Chris. I first came across you as I was trying to help my mother who had Alzheimer's. We exchanged a number of emails with regards my mother whilst you were at Keele.

I share your work with anyone who will listen to me. I refer to you as the world's foremost authority on the dangers of the bioavailability of aluminum and direct them to your online resources.

Thanks again for all your many years of hard work!

I came across this last night

"However, when aluminum comes into contact with fluoride, it hitches a ride into the brain as aluminum fluoride, bypassing the blood-brain barrier.

The presence of aluminum fluoride in the brain has been strongly linked to Alzheimer’s for decades."

On this page

h**ps://bebrainfit.com/fluoride-neurotoxin/

Is this why BoJo stood in the HoC and said the UK was increasing fluoridation?

What do you think?

Well, I don't think that mass murderer BJ has quite enough brain cells to think this much. However, they are partly right, fluoride does facilitate the accumulation of aluminium in brain tissue but not as aluminium fluoride. See my various substacks on fluoridation.

Dr. Exley, thank you for your work. I have seen your reaction to the ways in which people are promoting methods to add silica to water (nonsense). I can't afford that well known brand of water and am wondering if adding silicic acid powder to purified tap would work? If not I am encouraged by the revelation about beer!

There is no such thing as silicic acid powder. See my substack on a pill for silicic acid and other similar posts.

Dr. Exley, I have read a lot and watched some of your presentations. I wanted to thank you again and also tell you why I asked the original question. I found a product from a chemical supplier called Silicic acid in powder form, formula SiO2 · xH2O. Here is a link to the data sheet. https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/specification-sheets/206/779/306363-BULK_______SIGALD_____.pdf. I have no background in chemistry and upon seeing that it had 2 Hydroxyl groups I thought a similar mechanism might be possible. Now I can only assume I am way off the mark?

All the very best

Dave

You are right to be confused. There was a time when we also saw this product available and assumed that it might be a shortcut to making silicic acid. Unfortunately it is not. Chemical nomenclature for silicon and related products can be very confusing even for those in the know. Making a true solution of silicic acid in the lab was not a trivial task. I can send you our method if interested, you will need to email me on drchrisexley@protonmail.com
