Here is something I put together for my friends and posted on my general purpose Facebook page, because my wife & family (and Alzheimer’s MDs) has been amazed at my progress.

Alzheimer’s is a disease that was unknown until the early 1900s, when a German Physician, Doctor Alzheimer, dissected the brain of a patient that had died of dementia. In the brain, he found the plaques and tangles that are now the universally accepted post-mortal “signature “ of the disease that bears his name.

PhD CHRISTOPHER EXLEY, aka “Mr. Aluminum” has written a somewhat whimsically book titled book… “IMAGINE YOU ARE AN ALUMINUM ATUMN.” In this book, he discusses various aspects of his chosen scientific studies.

One extraordinarily important aspect of Dr. Exley’s conclusions, after years of study, is that Aluminum is ALWAYS found in the Alzheimer’s brain’s “Plaques” and “Tangles.”

He has come to the conclusion that Aluminum is TOXIC to humans and that it *causes* Alzheimer’s!

Since we now know what causes Alzheimer’s, it *should* be straightforward to find a treatment… right?

Well… maybe not! First off, only a few MDs are “on board” with these findings. Mostly… it can be reasoned… because this is not what they learned in Medical School!

The process of removing unwanted metals from the body is called Chelation. In this process, supervised by an MD, a variety of chemicals is inserted into a vein. The chemicals’ function is to remove unwanted metals, like lead, arsenic, aluminum and others, from the body.

Only in major metropolitan areas do we find chelation laboratories. They are expensive… several hundred dollars per session, and each session takes several hours. Results are slow. And, because chelation is non-selective, the removal of Aluminum is S L O W!

But… what if there was a SIMPLE, SAFE and INEXPENSIVE method to orally chelate ONLY ALUMINUM from the body?

THERE IS !

OSA is a safe chemical compound, taken by mouth, that has the almost-unique ability of *dissolving* bodily Aluminum. Once it is dissolved, the body’s natural processes take over. The now-dissolved aluminum is *ejected* from the body as perspiration (sweat) and in urine (pee-pee).

Best of all, there are many *commercially-available* bottled waters that contain enough OSA to *safely* dissolve bodily aluminum so it can be *naturally eliminated*.

Stateside, the best *available* (and second-best… worldwide) is FIJI water. Many retail stores stock it. It is also available online via AMAZON.

HOW DO WE KNOW IT WORKS? The medical community has developed a highly accurate Alzheimer’s screening test called the MMSE. This is is a verbally administered 30 question test.

According to Wikipedia, “Any score of 24 or more (out of 30) indicates a normal cognition. Below this, scores can indicate severe (≤9 points), moderate (10–18 points) or mild (19–23 points) cognitive impairment.”

A couple of years ago, as part of my annual physical examination, I took the test and “flunked” it, with a score in the low 20s! I was referred to an Alzheimer’s Specialist. He repeated the test and confirmed it.

I HAD BEGINNING STAGE ALZHEIMER’S!

I began reading about this disease, and learned the information that I presented at the beginning of this note.

1. Aluminum *causes* Alzheimer’s.

2. Drinking OSA water dissolves Aluminum so the body can eliminate it.

I immediately took two actions:

1. I *discarded* ALL the Aluminum cooking utensils in the household and *tossed* ALL our Aluminum foil.

2. I began drinking at least a liter/quart of Fiji water daily.

The result? At my last *two* annual visits to see my Alzheimer’s MDs, I scored 28 and 29 out of 30… HIGH NORMAL!

AMI I “CURED” OF ALZHEIMER’S?

I don’t know. But at age 82, I and my bride of 30 years just returned from a vacation trip… circumnavigating the world. (And I knew where I was while traveling, and remember where we went… including riding on an Elephant!)

Will this approach “work” for everyone? Again, I don’t know. But my Alzheimer’s MD’s are baffled.

That’s OK. *I* am NOT BAFFLED!

Ah, thanks, Dr. Exley. Great little explanation for anyone. I try to drink this water often but I cannot buy it locally, so can only get enough for a few days at a time, but then, some is better than none and as you say, we are living in an aluminium age, where it is everywhere, in water and food and pharma products. Very hard to avoid these days. Also, hoping that the environment will get cleaned up and the use of such a toxic element in industry and food/water is not going to stop any time soon. By the way I drink Fiji water and it says on the bottle 90mg/Lt. That is quite a lot.

As both a regular substack follower and owner of that little grey book on aluminium, I am nevertheless happy to be reminded about silicon rich waters, which my family now have on regular delivery. Having recently learned on an earlier post to beware of too much tea, I do wonder whether I should be also looking askance at my morning coffee. A league table of some of the worst Al-containing offenders in typical food cupboards would be useful.

You may want to look at your coffee maker as it may be adding aluminum to your coffee because the heating element is made of aluminum. Most drip style coffee maker have an aluminum heating element. There are a few drip style coffee makers that don't have aluminum heating elements. Dennis N Crouse has analyzed several drip style coffee makers for aluminum and has found a few that don't add aluminum. Here is a write up if you would like to learn more. http://prevent-alzheimers-autism-stroke.blogspot.com/2017/12/my-moms-aluminum-free-coffee-maker.html

I see. Well, most of the silicon-rich mineral waters are from natural sources, such as springs, volcanoes, or mountains. They contain silicon in the form of silicic acid, which is the natural form of silicon that dissolves in water. Silicic acid is beneficial for the health of your skin, hair, nails, bones, and joints. It may also help to remove aluminium from your body. Some of the natural sources of silicon-rich mineral water are:

Antipodes Still Water from Bay of Plenty on New Zealand’s North Island

FIJI Natural Artesian Water from Viti Levu, Fiji

Socosani Still Water from Andes Mountain in Peru

Three Bays Still Artesian Water from Mornington Peninsula in Australia

Waiākea Hawaiian Volcanic Water from Mauna Loa volcano in Hawaii

Gerolsteiner Sparkling Mineral Water from Volcanic Eifel in Germany

Starkey Spring Water from Idaho Springs in USA

Volvic Natural Spring Water from Auvergne Volcanoes in France

I hope this helps you to find the best silicon-rich mineral water for your needs.

This is another very helpful post that should go up on the Highwire. I'm on it! Thank you, Dr. Exley.

I saw "It's Never Too Late" this morning on the Lew Rockwell site. I ordered "Imagine ..." (John Lennon never went that far). I have been scaling & jumping from one to another "'stack" since then & have not seen explication of WHY silicic acid cannot be added to local, filtered, water & instead importing it, in plastic overcoats no less, all the way from FIJI! (Flashing on the old picante sauce commercial, in which the cowboy reads the sauce is imported from New York city & another says, "Get a rope!").

Maybe I'll read the answer in your book. Maybe I'm Amazed (McCartney) - I'd like to be - you could post the answer here.

I appreciate your focus, relentless single-mindedness. And I wonder if iron-y, aluminum adjutant'd or otherwise, has put you "on the (dogged with a bone) spectrum"? Cue the early scene in The Accountant, the picture-side down jigsaw puzzle scene, Ali standing over Liston (who may, or may not, have taken a dive).

Thanks.

Thank you so much, Dr. Exley, for all of your research on the toxicity of aluminum and the benefits of silicon-rich mineral waters. I drink a 500 ml bottle of Fiji water every day and have sent your book to my sisters, who now both drink Fiji water every day, also! My question is more better? Would it benefit us more to drink 2 bottles (1 liter) per day ? We have a strong family history of Alzheimer's Disease.

Good question. The participants in our clinical trials on AD drank between 1 and 1.5L/day and benefitted from this over the 12 weeks of the trial. Of course, they may have shown similar benefits drinking only 0.5L/day. We simply do not know but intuitively I would say that more is better up to a limit of 2L/day.

Dr Exley thank you so much for your years of research. I now drink Fiji water daily. However, you need to know about Rich Deitch's research on clinoptilolite. Here is the white paper. I can arrange a meeting via zoom etc if you want to meet him. Your research on Aluminum and his discovery on how to micronize and activate clinoptilolite need to meet. Please contact me at mrticetheteacher@yahoo.com if I can arrange this introduction for you. Enjoy the white paper. Cell Defender Overview

Not long ago I was asked by the German government to review the efficacy and safety of commercially available aluminosilicate products including clinoptilolite. My opinion then as now was that there is no evidence of efficacy (with respect to Al toxicity) and no evidence that they are safe for human consumption. Just my opinion.

Hi Chris, are Aluminium drinks cans a concern given that they contain a plastic lining? Is Aluminium able to pass through the plastic lining and what is the mechanism? Thanks

Expand full comment
author

Quick answer is yes. Long answer, may I suggest you read my book for why and how.

Expand full comment

So I bought the book and I think it says that the lining has defects, but why would this be the case? When I pick up a plastic pop bottle, there are no defects, it is water, and even air -tight. Do the defects occur in a certain place such as around the edge of the metal tongue where the can opens?

Expand full comment
author

The defects are in the polythene lining used in the TetraPak system. We are not necessarily talking about 'holes' we are talking about areas where the lining is compromised such that over time it is slowly permeable. In the case of cans the lining is not a distinct layer it is a spray on coating and it may not be uniform again allowing for the slow ingress of product.

Love your work Dr Exley, I've been following you for years. I came across this video describing the creation of silicon rich mineral water.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=po8IuIXjCME&t=417s

I'm not a chemist, so I can't judge whether this process actually results in the same outcome as what one would get from say Fiji mineral water.

The questions I have are:

1) Does adding Sodium Silicate (along with the acidity chemicals he also adds) to tap water actually result in the same chemical state of silicon that is found in the harvested Mineral water?

2) Does the Sodium Silicate likely have aluminum in it?

3) If there is aluminum found in the Sodium Silicate solution, is the resulting aluminum compound actually filtered by something like a Brita filter while leaving the Silica in the water?

Do you know the answer to any of these questions?

Thanks.

Hi, 2 questions:

- Does freezing silica rich mineral water (ice cubes) affect the silica content?

- I notice freezing Sousas sparkling water makes it still, I guess removing CO2? I notice many brands high in silica are also high in bicarbonate. Would freezing be expected to remove the bicarbonate? Asking as wondering if high bicarbonate mineral water (1400mg/L) is safe in pregnancy.

Expand full comment
author

A single freezing event will not cause the autoploymerisation of silicic acid to silica. Multiple freezing cycles may do. The bubbles in sparkling mineral water are due to physically dissolved carbon dioxide coming out of solution. Escape of CO2 to the atmosphere means that it will not chemically dissolve to give bicarbonate. I am guessing now but freezing probably converts physically dissolved CO2 to bicarbonate hence becoming still but retaining its bicarbonate content.

Expand full comment

Thankyou! So are you thinking the CO2 escapes into the atmosphere upon freezing, or that it converts to bicarbonate staying in solution? If the latter, then would that imply that freezing will actually increase the bicarbonate content?

(For info: when I freeze sparkling Sousas, it greatly expands in volume (more so than still water) and becomes white / puffed up. I guessed this is the CO2 coming out of solution? When it melts it is then still.)
