Thank you for all you've done to share your knowledge, Chris. The Trump win is a big step forward for all of us, and it gives RFK-J the platform that he desperately needs to make changes. Everyone who is wrestling the global hegemon that intends to enslave us all, will ALWAYS be the underdog. This is a fight that will go beyond our natural lifespan and we must leave future generations the tools needed to continue on. As painful as the last four years have been they have also made clear there is indeed a very real enemy of humanity and its features are coming into greater focus day by day. We cannot afford to be complacent.

I just want to say thank you Chris. Your science is a big help with my little one. Always being a follower of protocol has caused big issues and has also now opened my eyes. Children's health (aka RFKjr) defense helped to open my eyes. I am so glad he his now in a place to make a change. No one wants to be held responsible! Pop those balloons! Keep us parents informed! Speak out, speak loud, and speak proud!

Let science give us the reversal to these effects.

"Science" will not provide much wisdom, as it is a captured/contrived/controlled industry, just as medicine is. Nature provides health.

Expand full comment

I agree and disagree with you on that statement. I agree on the nature part. We are really going back to nature to help my little one. I disagree on the science giving me the wisdom, the science on aluminum has given me much wisdom. The science is what opened my eyes to know the cause and effect. The nature is giving me somewhat of a cure atheist a helpful step in the right direction. Because of the wisdom I have gained from the science I can make better choices.

That was suppose to say atleast a helpful step in the right direction

Yes. We need knowledge on this subject of Aluminum and it’s incompatibility with the human body. How do we rid ourselves of this unwelcome element? Can you devise the 20 basic things that we Should Not Do as well as the 20 basic things we Must Do. In order of importance.

Maybe there is even more than 20?

On a limited budget , one can not constantly drink Fiji water. And I am not feeling safe drinking from their plastic bottles.

Have the water been tested for micro plastics? The micro/ nano plastic numbers have been more recently revisited because of knew technology detecting ever smaller pieces of plastic.( Dr. Huberman podcast)

For many reasons I don’t want my source of water that can protect us, be involved with the ills of plastic in food sources and environment that ultimately gets back into our food chain.

Please advise us all to where best to get the what to dos based on science that has been established so far.

I agree, this Aluminum thingy is huge!

Since I found your YouTube’s and podcasts I have been awakened and saw Aluminum use everywhere for YEARS. There is so so much of it out there in use. It’s so dangerous a topic even- and an awake person will understand why.

Thank you for sticking out your neck for humanity!

Every family needs an advocate like you!

God Bless you and keep you safe. 🇨🇦

Personally, we can stop these 3 things immediately: fluoridated water, fluoridated dentistry, and aluminum packaging, i.e. beverage cans! I'm a highly sensitive person (HSP), also chemically and electrically sensitive. I am a human-canary in the toxicity-coal-mine of modern life! If I go out to a coffee shop or restaurant with friends and drink a glass of tap water, or drink a cup of tea made with tap water, I literally feel it in my body later that night when I start to slip into REM sleep; my body buzzes, like a slight seizure, and it wakes me up. I don't feel as if I've been electrocuted, but it is nerve-racking! If I remember to take chlorella before bed, it will prevent the short-circuit. (Also, turning down my HVAC and refrigerator so they don't both cycle ON at the same time, prevents the short-circuit feeling in me.) I almost always take my own beverage with me, wherever I go. It is usually plain spring water, or organic tea made with spring water, in my own stainless steel container. I never drink any beverage WITH a meal -- it kills the fire of digestive enzymes. Best to drink at least 30 min before or after a meal.

Yes Christopher! I thought of you and aluminum while watching JJ’s interview with Michael Connett, and shouted “what about the aluminum connection?” We must not shut up about it. We must press the new administration to act as they have promised. I envision you getting your research career back.

Thank you Chris, Excellent as usual.

I sent these 2 paragraphs from this sub stack post, giving you credit, and telling The Highwire to feature you:

"I am telling you and anyone who is prepared to listen that the only way that the concentration of fluoride found in potable water could be responsible for brain damage in humans is through it increasing the biological availability of aluminium in the diet. Fluoride in potable water increases the absorption of aluminium across the gastrointestinal tract. This is what the SCIENCE is telling us.

With this in mind why is there absolutely no mention of this anywhere in written or verbal depositions relating to this landmark court case? The answer is quite straightforward. Who had the power to delay by years the publication of the National Toxicology Program (NTP) report in the first instance. Answer, the global aluminium industry. The aluminium industry knows that the toxicity of fluoride in potable water is all down to aluminium and this fact MUST NOT BE REVEALED. The aluminium industry knows that it exists on a precipice (hence my removal from academia and research) and that any mention of aluminium in a court ruling implicating fluoride in human toxicity would be disastrous. The global aluminium industry has a very long way to fall and should this happen the collateral damage to governments and industry would be earth shattering. Much better to let fluoride take the wrap and wait (for as long as possible) for the science to catch up.

I am not a fan of Trump & did not vote for him. That said, I do hope he keeps his promises to RFK, who I did support. I'm just concerned that Trump will once again start gutting environmental laws. Maybe RFK can be a positive influence in that area too.

Expand full comment

I didn't vote at all. Politics, both sides, are a circus controlled by the globalists. Presidents of countries have very little real power.

Let's hope RFKJr can manage to influence things positively and doesn't get derailed by the entrenched corporate/bureaucratic interests.

Other than drinking FIJI water, where can we obtain a decent source of silicon in our diets?

Thank you Dr. Exley for your work.

I've become a fan of Gerolsteiner water.

Bamboo Silica?

Thanks Mel! - how does one obtain/ extract this?

I have been getting mine from a nutraopath. It comes in a powdered form I just mix in with yoghurt or drinks. A quick internet search and you should be able to find it. Make sure you obtain a pure source though. 🙂

This is silica. Please read my many substack posts on this subject.

I have read and watched many of your videos before they were taken. I had thought that you could only get it from Fiji water here in Oz. My naturopath said that he uses bamboo silica as a source. Can you confirm if this is not the case. I don't want to be spreading misinformation. 🙂

As I said, the silicon from bamboo is silica.

Food sources of silica are fermented oatmeal, green beans and some beers. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beers. Clausthaler which is non-alcoholic is a good source of silica in the form of OSA. I need to look up the amount.

Thank you Laurie. Beer really is a gift from God then (:

Claushaler has 118 ppm of OSA. Here is a paper you will be interested in. Casey, R., et al.; Silicon in beer and brewing; J. Sci. Food Agric.; 90:784-788 (2010)

Volvic and Evian are good too.

Evian water does not have enough silica to remove aluminum. It has 24 ppm of OSA. Which is not enough
